Preston and District Carers Support Group was formed in 2015 from the Carers UK Preston Branch.

A friendly support group for carers and former carers, the group concentrate on events and activities to give carers and former carers a break. They also meet to hear speakers on subjects relevant to caring.

What Preston and District Carers Support Group do

The group help carers to feel valued. With a lot of experience on caring issues and benefit matters which is helpful to carers.

The group organise:

• social events
• trips
• activities
• meet up for meals
• walks
• carer to carer support
• provide factsheets
• information
• networking.

The group meet quarterly at Derby House, Lytham Road, PR2 8JE
