Andy's Man Club

About Andy's Man Club
Andy's Man Club, aims to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health and create a judgment-free, confidential space where men can be open about the storms in their lives. This is achieved through weekly, free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups for men aged over 18.
The groups are designed to be free of pressure, there is no obligation for men to speak, they can simply listen if they wish.
Andy's Man Club takes its name from Andrew Roberts, a man who sadly took his own life aged 23 in early 2016.
Andy was a lovely and doting father, son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend, and was just 23 years old when he was taken away by suicide, sadly and tragically without warning.
Established in 2016 by Elaine, Andy's Mum, and Luke, Andy's Brother-in-Law, the aim of the club is to provide men with a safe space where they feel comfortable to talk and open up about their experiences in a room free of judgment.
