Lancashire Volunteer Partnership - 

Lancashire Volunteer Partnership (LVP) are passionate about supporting people in need of help and building stronger, more resilient communities that can flourish; and at the heart of this are their volunteers.

Their volunteers can receive a reference after 6 months of volunteering, so if you're planning the next stage in your career, this can really help your application stand out in the crowd.

LVP offer a wide range of volunteering opportunities including:

  • Supporting your neighbourhood (i.e. Community Support Befriending; which can be face to face visits, on the telephone, or a combination of both)
  • Supporting older people or those with a disability
  • Volunteering for young people
  • Outdoors / community (i.e. gardening)
  • Police (i.e. Cadets or Special Constables)

  • Supporting children and young people
