28 February 2023: The Harris are working with UCLan to deliver under 5 sessions in the community.

27 February 2023: We met Annie, Development Director of Let's Grow Preston, the award- winning charity that provides a network to help support communities and members by sharing resources and materials to help grow together, at the Walled Garden on Ashton Park.

Let's Grow Preston, with its six staff and army of volunteers, offers local people a chance to get involved with gardening across its four sites.

Age Concern has warm space set up for those in need, as well as activity centres for the over 55's with needs.

St George's Church are providing a hot meal every Saturday between 5pm and 7pm.

Practical cookery classes will soon be available at IMZ School.

Do you need advice regarding housing, employment, benefits or debt then visit the Advice and Resolution Centre every Wednesday between 11am - 1pm.

A Community Fridge is a space that brings people together to eat, connect, learn new skills and reduce food waste. Grant funding is currently available to set up a fridge in your local area.

This week has welcomed the launch of the new Preston Markets website providing a showcase for Preston Markets and offering all the information a visitor needs.

The Household Fund is to assist residents most in need, in the Preston area, to help with significant rising living costs.
