About Intact
Intact provides support, advice and a signposting service, as well as a drop in service. A venue for community meetings, education and learning, and a range of facilities for recreation and leisure for residents of all ages. Intact's primary purpose is to serve the Ingol and Tanterton neighbourhoods and we are now able to offer more services and activities to more people in the City of Preston and surrounding areas

Free Counselling sessions
The Intact Centre is offering Free Person Centred Counselling on a Wednesdays 9am - 2:45pm with Janette.

The Whitby Pantry is open Tuesday's and Wednesday's 9am - 3:30pm.
Your Local Community Food Club
Intact host a Community Supermarket. Here you can take home a bag of food for just £5. Visit Intact - Whitby's Pantry for more information.
Join as a member today
Join as a member for just £5 a week and access a weekly shop for all your essential food, grocery and toiletry items, worth approximately £25, and check each week for new stock. Plus all fruit, vegetables and bread are always free.

Whitby's Homemade is a range of quality frozen ready meals lovingly created in our kitchen by our talented Chef and Nutritionist.
Traditional British meals, family favourites and vegetarian and vegan options and weekly specials
Prices range between just £2 and £2.50 for main meals and soups and desserts for just £1.
Portions for 1 and 2 people are available.
