Student advice and guidance
The University of Central Lancashire are dedicated to supporting you with all aspects of university life. With plenty of information and advice available at both Preston and Burnley campuses, no matter how big or small the question, the experienced student advisers will put you on the right track.
Support for students with parental responsibilities
The University of Central Lancashire has a professionally run pre-school (situated at our Preston Campus) offers a nurturing and high-quality environment for children aged 6 months to 4 years.

Starting University can be a life changing experience where you will make new friends and learn new skills.

Counselling, mental health and wellbeing
If you ever feel overwhelmed, stressed, experience difficulties with your health, personal life, or studies while studying at UCLan, you can access confidential support and advice from Counselling, Mental Health and Wellbeing service.

UCLan are fully committed to enabling access to all individuals who seek to benefit from educational activities.
UCLan strive to remove any barriers for those with disabilities as far as possible, to ensure that UCLan provide an inclusive environment.
Estranged students and care leavers
The University of Central Lancashire has one of the highest number of estranged students in all UK Higher Education Institutes.
