Happy Daze is a men's peer support group for those living with depression, anxiety or isolation. Offering a friendly, non judgemental, welcoming, safe place.
The group provides:
- Information about mental health services
- Tips for stress management
- Resources
When do the group meet?
The group meet every Wednesday at 12pm - 2pm for a coffee and a chat, at Ashton Methodist Church.
The group is not a substitution for therapy or emergency services.
