The staff at PHX Preston pride themselves on delivering a great service that sees people returning time after time to complete qualifications and improve their lives for the better.

Whether it's stepping into a classroom for the first time in many years or young adults getting ready for university our strengths of empathy, understanding and relatability really show what the Preston centre is all about.

Based in the City centre PHX are easily accessible by car and public transport being only a five-minute walk from the train and bus stations. They also have lift accessibility to the offices and classrooms.

What PHX Training do

Matrix approved, Pearson/Edexcel approved and with direct claims status.

PHX Training deliver government-backed training initiatives including direct delivery of the Adults Skills Budget (AEB) with ESFA, registered as a Main Provider on RoATP to delivery Apprenticeships and have successfully delivered many subcontracts of AEB, DWP, ESF and Apprenticeships.

PHX Training offer vocational training programmes that support individuals into skilled employment such as:

• Warehousing;
• Hospitality;
• Health and Social Care;
• Business admin;
• Customer Service;
• IT;
• Employability;
• Team leader;
• and Management.

These programmes are guided by industry requirements within local LEPs and local authorities in our areas. 

PHX Training specialise in delivering Functional Skills in maths and English from entry level to level 2. This provides an opportunity to equip you for your future.
