About Suicide Awareness Prevention UK (SAPUK)

SAPUK is a non profit suicide prevention CIC founded in 2016.

SAPUK have guided people who are struggling with suicide idealization via their SAPChat service which is a message line and a phone line.

SAPUK also have a recovery plan people can enroll onto with adequately trained members.

SAPUK have a dedicated selfless voluntary team, running rotary throughout the year, being the blue group and the purple group, all have basic training with many members excelling these in different manners, we have enough knowledge amongst us to be able to guide sufficiently.

SAPUK Recovery Plan

SAPUK have introduced a 6 - 12 week recovery plan for those who come through to us struggling with their mental health.

A designated team of volunteers will work with individuals on a weekly basis through either phone call or messages (on our message line) and support them through whatever it is they're going through.

SAPChat (phoneline)

SAPUK have introduced a fully confidential phoneline for people to call if they are struggling with their Mental Health.

This is an alternative method of contact to those who feel better talking to someone directly rather than on the message line. This service is available 24/7 365 days a year

SAPUK Message line

SAPUK have a unique, confidential and non-judging message line that is open to those who are struggling with their Mental Health.

This service is open 24/7 365 days a year. All volunteers are trained and amazing at what they do.
