We support individuals living with mental health diagnoses, learning disabilities, brain injuries, and/or autism, offering a compassionate and inclusive environment tailored to each person's unique needs.

Our contemporary facility is conveniently situated within easy reach of shops, local amenities, and public transportation, ensuring that the people we support have access to everything they need to live a fulfilling life. Each person we support enjoys the privacy and comfort of their own spacious ensuite studio, complemented by inviting communal living areas and a shared kitchen that promotes a sense of community and connection.

As a proud member of the Northern Healthcare family, Holland House adheres to the 'Northern Healthcare model of supported living.' This means our dedicated multi-disciplinary team provides 24/7 onsite support, ensuring that individuals receive the guidance and care they need to thrive.

Specialised support for individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges

At Holland House, we offer specialised support for individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our residents come from diverse pathways, and we are well-equipped to provide 'step-down' support for those transitioning from acute hospital or forensic services. Our experienced multi-disciplinary team is committed to helping individuals achieve their personal goals, whether they are working on daily tasks such as budgeting and meal planning or pursuing long-term aspirations like employment.

Referral Criteria

• Male and female adults, aged 18+ who are willing to engage in recovery & social inclusion.
• Can be on section 17 leave or if on forensic MHA section, on extended leave if approved by MOJ.
• On admission individuals must be stable on their current medication & medically fit.
• We can support people with a diagnosed mental illness, mild learning disability or autistic spectrum disorder.
• The service is brought to you in partnership with Encircle Housing Association, referrals are assessed in partnership.
